The Hobart LXeH-5 Undercounter Dishwasher is designed for efficient and reliable operation in commercial kitchens, capable of sanitizing using hot water or chemical methods, and operates on a 208-240V (3 Phase) electrical system. This high-performance machine processes up to 32 racks per hour while using only 0.74 gallons of water per rack. Key features include low chemical alert indicators, a Sense-A-Temp™ booster heater that can achieve a 70°F rise, and automatic delime notifications. The LXeH model boasts advanced microcomputer controls with a digital cycle and temperature display for user-friendly operation. Its construction includes a deep drawn stainless steel tank, revolving anti-clogging wash and rinse arms, and a corrosion-resistant pump, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The dishwasher has a 17" door opening, automatic fill capabilities, and includes standard detergent and rinse aid pumps, further streamlining the washing process.
