For cleaning and maintenance, it is crucial to allow the product to cool down before washing. Use warm water along with mild soap and a soft, non-abrasive sponge to clean the aluminum items. After washing, make sure to dry them immediately and thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel to prevent limescale buildup. If you encounter any cooked-on food residue, simply boil the item in water with vinegar for about 4 to 5 minutes to loosen it, then follow the previous steps for washing, rinsing, and drying.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer. Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty. VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
