- Self-contained electric tilting steam kettle with a capacity of 20 gallons and a 2/3 jacket. |
- Constructed with an ellipsoidal bottom kettle liner, fully welded, and made from type 316 and type 304 stainless steel on the exterior, featuring a 1/4 x 5/8 inch bar rim and a butterfly-shaped pouring lip, as well as embossed gallon/liter markings. Designed to operate safely at a maximum pressure of 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm²).
- The kettle jacket is filled with a mixture of water, rust inhibitor, and antifreeze to ensure protection down to 30° below zero.
- Features a stainless steel tilt handle with an insulated pull knob conveniently located on the right side.
- Includes a faucet bracket for added convenience.
- The control housing is made of stainless steel and is “water resistant,” containing essential controls such as a power switch, power "on" indicator light, solid-state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low water indicator, and low water shut-off mechanism.
- The kettle is equipped with removable electric heating elements that are easily serviceable in the field.
- Adjustable stainless steel legs extend 6 inches below the base for stability.
- Designed for 208/60-50/3 electrical service upon shipping, with the ability to be converted in the field to 208/60-50/1, 240/60-50/3, and 240/60-50/1 configurations.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer. Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty. VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.
All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
