• Insulation – The entire cabinet structure and solid door are filled with Ecomate, a high-density polyurethane insulation that is both ozone-depletion and global warming potential-free.
• Patented Design – The forced-air system maintains product temperatures between 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) within the food pans and cabinet interior, meeting ANSI/NSF-7-1997-6.3 standards.
• Shelving – Includes four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 21 9/16″L x 16″D (548 mm x 407 mm), with four chrome-plated clips for each shelf. The shelves can be adjusted in 1/2″ (13 mm) increments.
