Features

• The range features a 3/16“ thick steel deck top, finished with black epoxy coating.
• Each burner is equipped with its own main gas control valve, designed with an “L” handle for convenient knee operation.
• The front panel, sidesplashes, and backsplashes, along with a 3-pipe (1” diameter) wok rack, are constructed from stainless steel, while the sides are made of epoxy-coated steel. The stainless steel legs come with adjustable height “bullets.”
• A full-length stainless steel water cooling line runs across the deck, complete with a control valve.
• The design has been certified by both NSF and/or ETL for compliance with ANSI/ NSF-4 standards.
• All valves are constructed from solid brass and are rated for high-temperature usage.
• The range includes a front-access integral stainless steel sink (5”) that features a removable strainer basket and a 1½” NPT drain connection.
• The unit offers a wide variety of high BTU input burners, with several exclusive Town designs available in jet and ring styles. (Refer to Page 2 for options.)
• The heavy-duty steel chassis ensures durability and stability.
• Custom, clog-resistant standing pilots are provided, each with individual control valves for better management.
• The 8” wide stainless steel work/plating shelf provides ample space for food preparation.
• A galvanized drip tray is included for each chamber to catch any spills.
• All units can be configured with or without flue risers, depending on your requirements.
• The design is ETL certified for compliance with ANSI Z83.11-2007.
• The Chinese-style “Swing Faucet” for each chamber is designed for easy front replacement.
• Faucets come pre-plumbed to facilitate straightforward installation.
• The 1¼” NPT manifold is supplied with a gas pressure regulator for efficient gas management.
• Chambers are fixed at 26” centers in the Express models.

• The snap-in “ultralock” screwless backsplash allows for easy removal of the back and side splashes when necessary for installation.
