Pitco quality at value price, the model 40C+ is a free standing, stand-alone fryers with welded tank. Smooth machine peened finish ensures easy cleaning.

Features

  • The cabinet front and door are made from stainless steel, while the sides and back are constructed from galvanized material.
  • The welded tank features a smooth peened finish, making it easy to clean.
  • A thermostat automatically regulates the desired temperature within a range of 200°F (93°C) to 400°F (190°C-CE).
  • Long-lasting heat baffles made from high-temperature alloy stainless steel are installed in the heat exchange tubes to maximize heating and combustion efficiency.
  • The integrated gas control valve functions as both a manual and pilot valve, an automatic pilot valve, a gas filter, a pressure regulator (note: an external regulator is needed for gas pressures exceeding ½ psi), and an automatic main valve.
  • A standing pilot light ensures an immediate flame is available whenever heat is needed.
  • The gas control valve ensures that gas does not flow to the main burner until the pilot is lit, and it automatically shuts off all gas flow if the pilot flame is extinguished.
  • A temperature limit switch automatically cuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature surpasses the predetermined upper limit.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
