Features

  • Griddle – Features a highly polished steel plate measuring 3/4″ (19 mm) thick with a depth of 21″ (533 mm).
  • Grates – Made from durable cast iron for longevity. Front grates measure 12″ x 11″ (305 x 279 mm) while back grates measure 12″ x 13″ (305 x 330 mm), designed to accommodate large stock pots directly over the burner.
  • Convection Oven – Offers a powerful 30,000 BTU/hr. (9 KW) output with a 1/4 hp blower motor for efficient and even cooking with minimal shrinkage.
  • Linear Burner – Ensures consistent heating throughout the oven, with a unique burner baffle that optimally distributes heat for uniform temperatures.
  • Space Saver Oven – Available with a 27,000 BTU (8KW) output, while the Chef Depth model boasts 35,000 BTU (10 KW). Interior dimensions for Space Saver are 20″ w x 26″ d x 14″ h (508 x 660 x 356 mm), and for Chef Depth, 26-1/2″ w x 26″ d x 14″ h (673 x 660 x 356 mm). Both can hold 18″ x 26″ (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans in either orientation.
  • Open Burners – Equipped with PyroCentric™ anti-clogging burners that generate 32,000 BTU (9 KW) with a low simmer feature at 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) and dual flame rings for balanced heating.
  • Burner Design – Features lift-off, anti-clogging burners that are easy to clean, with no gaskets or screws required.
  • Grease Management – Includes a 3″ (76 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for effortless cleaning. The large griddle grease can and full-width broiler drip tray are also removable for convenience.
  • Instant Ignition – Each burner has a standing pilot for quick ignition.
  • Oven Construction – The oven is lined with porcelainized materials for easy maintenance, complemented by a heavy-duty door hinge and a stamped inner door liner for enhanced heat retention.
  • Oven Racks – One chrome oven rack is included with the Space Saver oven, and three chrome racks are provided with the convection oven.
  • Fan Operation – The convection oven features a three-position switch for cooking or cool down, with the fan automatically shutting off when the door is opened.
  • Heat Deflection – An exclusive heat deflector directs heat into the oven rather than down to the floor, ensuring a safer cooking environment with a 100% safety pilot.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
