Equipped with 8 stage baking and a steam injection system, menu expansion is a breeze with this oven. Menu settings can be changed using the intuitive touchscreen controls or via USB upload.

This oven delivers perfectly even baking with no wasted product and no pan rotation.

Established in 1950 by Gustave Doyon, Doyon Equipment started as a sales and repair business for bakery equipment. In the mid-1970's Doyon launched its own line of bakery equipment which included mixers, moulders, proofers, ovens and more… everything to complete a commercial bakery.
