  • The PyroCentric™ open burners deliver 32,000 BTU (9 KW) with a low simmer capability of 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) featuring two rings of flame for uniform heating.
  • All IR Series Ranges come equipped with durable cast iron PyroCentric burners.
  • Each burner is designed to be anti-clogging, removable, and easy to clean, with no gaskets or screws involved.
  • Instant ignition is facilitated by one standing pilot light for each burner.
  • The front grates measure 12″ x 11″ (305 x 279 mm), while the back grates are 12″ x 13″ (305 x 330 mm).
  • Large stock pots can be positioned directly over the back grates, which include a hot air dam for optimal heating.
  • The pot design allows for easy sliding between sections and onto the landing ledge.
  • Grates are constructed from cast iron, ensuring longevity.
  • The griddle features a highly polished 3/4″ (19 mm) steel plate with a depth of 21″ (533 mm).

  • The large griddle grease can and the full width broiler drip tray can be removed for easy maintenance.
  • The oven options include both Space Saver and Chef Depth configurations.
  • A linear burner ensures even heating across the oven.
  • The Space Saver model has an output of 27,000 BTU (8 KW), while the Chef Depth version offers 35,000 BTU (10 KW).
  • A unique burner baffle helps to evenly distribute heat throughout the oven cavity.

  • The Space Saver interior dimensions are 20″ w x 26″ d x 14″ h (508 w x 660 d x 356 h mm), while the Chef Depth measures 26-1/2″ w x 26″ d x 14″ h (673 w x 660 d x 356 h mm) and can fit 18″ x 26″ (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans both horizontally and vertically.
  • The oven features porcelainized sides, rear, deck, and door lining for easy cleaning and a heavy-duty door hinge.
  • A stamped inner door liner enhances strength and heat retention.
  • The oven includes one chrome rack for additional cooking convenience.
  • The convection oven boasts a 30,000 BTU/hr. (9 KW) output and a 1/4 hp blower motor for rapid and even cooking with minimal shrinkage.
  • Interior dimensions for the convection oven are 26-1/2″ w x 22-1/2″ d x 14″ h (673 x 572 x 356 mm).
  • A three-position switch allows for cooking or cooling down, and the fan automatically shuts off when the door is opened.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
