Features

  • Open Burners – Equipped with PyroCentric™ burners that deliver 32,000 BTU (9 KW) with a low simmer capability of 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW). Features dual flame rings for uniform heating.
  • Convection Oven – 30,000 BTU/hr. (9 KW) convection oven featuring a 1/4 hp blower motor for rapid and even cooking with minimized shrinkage.
  • Griddle – Constructed from highly polished 3/4″ (19 mm) steel with a 21″ (533 mm) depth to provide ample cooking space.
  • Oven Dimensions – Space Saver interior measures 20″ w x 26″ d x 14″ h (508 x 660 x 356 mm), while Chef Depth interior is 26-1/2″ w x 26″ d x 14″ h (673 x 660 x 356 mm), accommodating 18″ x 26″ (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans.
  • Burner Features – Cast iron PyroCentric burners are standard across all IR Series Ranges, featuring an anti-clogging design that is easy to lift off for hassle-free cleaning without gaskets or screws.
  • Grates – Front grates are sized at 12″ x 11″ (305 x 279 mm) and back grates at 12″ x 13″ (305 x 330 mm), allowing for easy sliding of pots and accommodating large stock pots directly over the burners.
  • Safety Features – Each burner comes with a standing pilot for immediate ignition and a 100% safety pilot in the oven.
  • Grease Management – The griddle includes a 3″ (76 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for straightforward cleaning, along with a full-width broiler drip tray.
  • Oven Heating – The linear burner ensures consistent heating throughout the oven, with the Space Saver output at 27,000 BTU (8 KW) and Chef Depth at 35,000 BTU (10 KW).
  • Heat Distribution – The unique burner baffle and exclusive heat deflector enhance heat distribution, ensuring even temperatures in the oven cavity.
  • Easy Maintenance – Porcelainized sides, rear, deck, and door lining facilitate easy cleaning, complemented by a heavy-duty door hinge and a stamped inner door liner for added strength and heat retention.
  • Oven Racks – Includes one chrome oven rack for the standard oven and three chrome racks in the convection oven.
  • Burner Output – Each burner produces 20,000 BTU/hr. (6 KW) with a heat deflector every 12″ (305 mm) to maintain even heating.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
