Cleaning the slicer is hassle-free, requiring only a wet cloth and mild detergent. It is engineered for optimal hygiene, possessing the highest degree of anodization for a sanitized surface that is resistant to corrosion. The Poly V-Belt Drive System ensures reliable operation and longevity, while the slicer's knife operates at 300 rpm, minimizing product heating and stress during use. Safety is paramount, with thermo-protection to prevent motor overheating and a microswitch on the cover blade that halts operation if contact is lost.
