Features
- Each burner features its own main gas control valve with an "L" handle designed for knee operation.
- The range top is made of 3/16" steel and finished with a black epoxy coating.
- All valves are constructed from solid brass and are rated for high-temperature use.
- The unit is designed to meet ETL certification for compliance with ANSI Z83.11-2007.
- The front panel, side splashes, back splashes, and a 3-pipe wok rack (1” diameter) are crafted from stainless steel, while the sides are made from epoxy-coated steel. The stainless steel legs come with adjustable height "bullets."
- Each chamber is equipped with a custom, clog-resistant standing pilot that has individual control valves.
- A front-access integral stainless steel sink (5”) is included, featuring a removable stainless steel strainer basket and a 1½” NPT drain connection.
- The unit offers a full-length stainless steel water cooling line for the deck, complete with a control valve.
- Available with various high BTU input burners, including exclusive Town designs in jet and ring styles. (Refer to Pg 2 for options.)
- An 8” wide stainless steel work/plating shelf is integrated into the design.

Thanks for purchasing our products at vrsupply.ca operated by Vancouver Restaurant Supply – VRS.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer. Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty. VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.
All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
