Features

• Electric counter tilting steam kettle with a 2/3 jacketed self-contained design.
• The kettle features an ellipsoidal bottom liner constructed from fully welded type 316 and type 304 stainless steel, along with a 1/4 x 5/8 inch bar rim and a butterfly-shaped pouring lip. It has embossed markings for gallons and liters and is designed to function at a maximum pressure of 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm²).
• The jacket is filled with a mixture of water, rust inhibitor, and antifreeze, ensuring protection down to -30°F.
• The stainless steel tilt handle can be installed on either side and includes a two-position tilt lock for upright storage and a 100° angle for easy emptying and cleaning.
• The control housing, made from stainless steel and located on the right side, includes a power switch, an indicator light, solid-state temperature control, a vacuum/pressure gauge, a pressure relief valve, a low water indicator, and an automatic low water shut-off feature.
• A faucet bracket is included for added convenience.
• The mounting base is equipped with lugs for secure attachment to a countertop or floor stand.
• The unit is shipped configured for 208/60-50/3 electrical service but can be converted in the field to 208/60-50/1, 240/60-50/3, or 240/60-50/1.
• Removable electric elements are designed for field servicing.
