- Cabinet Construction – The exterior features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, complemented by a matching aluminum finished back. The interior is made of attractive, NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum, with a stainless steel floor that includes coved corners. |
- Insulation – The entire cabinet structure and solid door are insulated with Ecomate, a high-density polyurethane foam that has zero potential for ozone depletion (ODP) and global warming (GWP).
- Door – The door is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a white aluminum liner to match the interior. It is designed with a 12″ (305 mm) long recessed handle that is securely foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for durability.
- Positive seal self-closing door features a 90° stay-open capability and swings within the cabinet dimensions for convenient access.
- Magnetic door gasket is a one-piece design that can be removed without tools for easy cleaning.
- Shelving – The unit includes two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 23 1/4″L x 16″D (591 mm x 407 mm), with four chrome-plated shelf clips provided for each shelf. The shelf support pilasters are constructed from the same material as the cabinet interior, and shelves are adjustable in 1/2″ (13 mm) increments.
- Model Features – The evaporator is epoxy coated to prevent corrosion.
- 11 3/4″ (299 mm) deep, 1/2″ (13 mm) thick full-length removable cutting board is made from high-density, NSF-approved white polyethylene, providing a durable preparation surface.
- Stainless steel, patented foam-insulated lid and hood maintain colder pan temperatures while locking in freshness and minimizing condensation. The lid is removable for straightforward cleaning.
- The countertop prep area comes standard with eight (1/6 size) clear polycarbonate food pans measuring 6 7/8″L x 6 1/4″W x 4″D (175 mm x 159 mm x 102 mm), all NSF-approved. It also accommodates 6″ (153 mm) deep food pans, which are supplied by others.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer. Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty. VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.
All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
