Provide Pitco Solstice gas model VF35 tube fired high production gas floor fryer. Fryer shall be 35lbs oil capacity, 70 Kbtu/hr, 14” by 14.5” fry area, mild steel (or optional stainless) peened tank, stainless front, door, sides.

Features

  • The fryer features a welded tank with a smooth peened finish, making it easy to clean.
  • Crafted from durable stainless steel, the front, door, sides, and splash back provide both sturdiness and ease of maintenance.
  • The integrated gas control valve serves multiple functions, including manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve.
  • Long-lasting high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are installed in the heat exchanger tubes, ensuring optimal heating and combustion efficiency.
  • The thermostat automatically regulates the temperature, maintaining it between 200°F (93°C) and 400°F (190°C).
  • A standing pilot light design ensures a ready flame when heating is needed.
  • The temperature limit switch ensures safety by shutting off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the set upper limit.
  • The Solstice burner and baffle design enhances cooking efficiency and production capacity.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
