Features

• Self-contained electric tilting steam kettle with a 20-gallon capacity and a 2/3 jacket design.
• The kettle features an ellipsoidal bottom liner made of fully welded type 316 and type 304 stainless steel, with a 1/4 x 5/8 inch bar rim, a butterfly-shaped pouring lip, and embossed gallon/liter markings, capable of operating at a maximum pressure of 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm2).
• The jacket is filled with a mixture of water, rust inhibitor, and antifreeze, providing protection down to 30° below zero.
• The tilt handle is made of stainless steel and includes an insulated pull knob, conveniently located on the right side.
• The control housing is constructed from stainless steel and is designed to be water-resistant; it includes a power switch, power "on" indicator light, solid-state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low water indicator, and low water shut-off feature.
• Adjustable stainless steel legs extend 6 inches below the base for stability.
• A faucet bracket is included for added convenience.
• The kettle is shipped configured for 208/60-50/3 electrical service but can be converted in the field to 208/60-50/1, 240/60-50/3, and 240/60-50/1.
• Removable electric heating elements are designed for easy servicing in the field.
• Comes with a one-year limited warranty covering parts and labor.
