Features

• Electric counter tilting steam kettle with a 2/3 jacketed, self-contained design.
• Constructed with a fully welded ellipsoidal bottom kettle liner made from type 316 and type 304 stainless steel, featuring a 1/4 x 5/8 inch bar rim, a butterfly-shaped pouring lip, and embossed gallon/liter markings, capable of operating at a maximum pressure of 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm2).
• The jacket is filled with a combination of water, rust inhibitor, and antifreeze, ensuring protection down to 30° below zero.
• The electric heating elements are removable and can be serviced in the field.
• A stainless steel tilt handle is adaptable for right or left mounting and offers a two-position tilt lock for upright and 100° angles for easy emptying and cleaning.
• The control housing is made of stainless steel and is water-tight, located on the right side; it includes a power switch, indicator light, solid-state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low water indicator, and low water shut-off feature.
• Comes with a faucet bracket for added convenience.
• The mounting base is designed with lugs for secure attachment to a countertop or floor stand.
• Designed to ship for 208/60-50/3 electrical service, it can also be converted in the field for 208/60-50/1 and 240/60-50/3 and 240/60-50/1 configurations.
