We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.

Producing up to 366 lb (166 kg) of ice per day and storing up to 16.5 lb (7.5 kg) in its integrated bin, it comfortably supports daily drink service, food prep, and peak rush periods. The unit makes soft, chewable nugget/mineral ice in 6.4–17 mm pieces, matching the popular style shown in American Chef’s catalogue ice-shape guide. A 4.1-inch touchscreen with push-button operation, plus optional infrared dispensing, streamlines self-service and staff use, while the 304 stainless steel body with a resin front delivers a clean, professional look suitable for front-of-house counters. The sealed, air-cooled R290 refrigeration system helps protect the ice path from outside contamination, and sanitation is simplified with automatic cleaning, UV LED support, and removable contact parts. Running on a standard 110 V / 60 Hz / single-phase electrical supply with a 6.3 A draw and 640 W rated power, the ACIM-366-WN is easy to spec into most commercial kitchens and beverage stations. Measuring 18.2 inches wide by 23.62 inches deep by 37.95 inches high and weighing 151 lb (68.5 kg), it’s a sturdy, space-efficient solution, backed by DOE, ETL, and NSF certifications to meet common commercial code and performance requirements.
