If you encounter cooked-on food residue, you can remove it by boiling the item in water mixed with vinegar for 4 to 5 minutes to help loosen it. After this, repeat the washing, rinsing, and drying steps.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer. All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
