With a comfortable cooking height of 121/2" on 4" adjustable legs, it includes a powerful 25,000 BTU/hr “U” shaped burner for every 12" of griddle width and an embedded mechanical thermostat for precise temperature control. The temperature range is adjustable from 200°F to 450°F, while the safety features include a pilot safety valve for every two burners, ensuring gas is automatically shut off if the pilot flame extinguishes. Additionally, it has a generous 41/2 quart grease capacity, a 3/4" rear gas connection, and is constructed for standard natural gas service with an LP conversion kit included. The griddle also comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
