For high-volume loads, this Hobart CL44EN-BAS2 conveyor dishwasher cleans as many as 202 racks per hour. Its 19.5-inch-high chamber opening accepts as many as six standard sheet pans and uses just 0.62 gallons of water per rack. A rapid return conveyor drive moves dishes through the chamber at a constant pace for uniform results. After being washed, the Opti-Rinse™ system rinses soap from the dishes, and users can convert the final rinse temperature between hot and low temperature options. For additional control, the top-mounted micro-processor control module enables users to monitor system operations.
To ensure safe cleaning temperatures, the Hobart CL44EN-BAS2 dishwasher includes a booster heater control. Other alerts, such as deliming notifications, dirt water indications, and service diagnostics offer preventive maintenance, preventing future pileups. After the unit hasn’t been in use for a period of time, it automatically shuts down to save energy. For simple loading and cleaning after operation, the two insulated, hinged doors open outward. Interlock switches help prevent accidental opening during cycles for user safety, and overall, this unit measures 631⁄2 inches wide by 301⁄8 inches deep by 681⁄2 inches high.
