They offer compact, crystal ice production and feature adjustable stainless steel feet, an air cooling system, and easy-to-clean internal rounded surfaces. The machines are HCFC-free and RoHS compliant, equipped with a retractable insulated door, electromechanical operation, an ON-OFF switch, and use HFC-free HC R290 refrigerant gas. The Automatic Washing System (AWS) allows the machine to complete a self-cleaning cycle in 1.5 hours, ensuring it is thoroughly cleaned and descaled. Production capacity is 79 lbs per 24 hours, with a bin capacity of 20 lbs and a cube size of 13g. Originating from Italy, the machine comes with a 3-year warranty on parts and labor, and a 5-year warranty on the compressor. Its dimensions are 27 inches in height, 18 inches in length, and 15.5 inches in width, weighing 82 lbs. The package dimensions are 20.5 inches in length, 34.5 inches in height, and weighs 97 lbs.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
