The 12" x 12" cast iron top grates facilitate easy pot movement, while strategically placed deflectors guide waste to the crumb/drip pan, ensuring a cleaner workspace. Safety and functionality are prioritized with a landing ledge, and the orange paint injected aluminum knobs provide enhanced toughness and durability.
