Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, it includes 12" x 12" cast iron top grates that facilitate the easy movement of pots. Its innovative design incorporates deflectors to guide waste toward the crumb/drip pan, along with a safety-enhanced landing ledge, and durable orange paint injected aluminum knobs. The stainless steel crumb/drip pan is easily removable, while the pilots are accessible through the front panel for convenient maintenance. The oven section is equipped with a snap action thermostat ranging from 210°F to 550°F, ensuring a safe cooking environment with a 100% safety shut off feature. It boasts a standard bakery depth of 26 1⁄2" and a double-sided enamel oven cavity for easy cleaning. A heavy-duty wire oven rack (1/8" diameter) provides sturdy support, featuring three shelf positions and one rack for optimal cooking flexibility. The counterweighted balanced doors ensure smooth access, and the units come prepared for Natural Gas (NG), with a conversion kit and NG/LP regulator included for those using Propane Gas (LP).

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by VRS must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer. Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty. VRS is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left VRS on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance dure prior to shipment.
